Prevent unregistered clients from booking appointments
This feature is currently only enabled on the web widget
You can use the following feature if you want to allow only pre-registered users to book an appointment into your Practice Management System.
- Go to the Appointment settings page.
- Click on the "Advanced settings" tab.
- Look for the section labelled "Reject unmatched clients".
- Toggle the switch to "Active".
- Optionally, you can customise the rejection message to your liking.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes and you're done! 🎉
