Prevent unregistered clients from booking appointments

This feature is currently only enabled on the web widget

You can use the following feature if you want to allow only pre-registered users to book an appointment into your Practice Management System.

  1. Go to the Appointment settings page.
  2. Click on the "Advanced settings" tab.
  3. Look for the section labelled "Reject unmatched clients".
  4. Toggle the switch to "Active".
  5. Optionally, you can customise the rejection message to your liking.
  6. Click "Save" to apply the changes and you're done! 🎉
