Changing bank account associated with your subscription

If you need to update the bank account from which your subscription payments are debited, please follow the steps below:

  1. Speak to your vet and tell them you would like to change the bank account associated with your Wellness Plan payments. The best way to speak to them is via the PetsApp app!
  2. Request to update the payment method associated with your Wellness Plan.
  3. Your veterinarian will provide you with a unique link to our payment processor, Stripe.
  4. Click on the link and follow the instructions to add a new payment method to your subscription.
  5. Once the new payment method is added, your subscription payments will be debited from the updated bank account.

Note: It's important to ensure that you have sufficient funds in the new bank account to avoid payment failures. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your veterinarian or our support team for assistance.
