Changing bank accounts

This feature is only available for admins

PetsApp users can change the bank account that payments are sent to by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the PetsApp Dashboard
  2. Click on the Payments tab.
  3. Select the "Stripe" tab.
  4. You will be redirected to your Stripe Express account.
  5. Click on the silhouette icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  6. Scroll down and select "Payout details".
  7. Follow the instructions to change the associated bank account.

Please ensure that the new bank account is fully set up and verified before making changes. Any pending payouts may also experience delays during this process.
