New Dashboard

Our new dashboard has arrived 🚀

We're super excited to show off our new dashboard layout that has been redesigned with extra features to help you and your team super charge your day to day work on PetsApp.

Tagging 🏷️

Quickly and effortlessly tag chats with the appropriate information to help identify the chats most important to you.

To add a tag simply select it in the right hand side column, it will then appear in the tag groups on the left hand side.

Clearer waiting room selection 🗃️

We've removed the pill buttons at the top to make it clearer which waiting room list you're looking at. Each waiting room also has the number of active chats that need to be addressed.

All assigned, awaiting payment and recently closed

If you want to tidy up your chats but not sure who is assigned to which chats this section is perfect for you. No more "lost" chats assigned to a clinic team member who is on leave. Understand where all of the open chats are in your PetsApp dashboard immediately.

The new "awaiting payment" keeps you in the chat page and allows you to follow up with customers who have an outstanding payment.
