Starting a New Chat

Starting a new chat is easy and quick! Follow these steps:

Use the top search bar to find the pet and owner you would like to chat with.

Click the "New Chat" button on the right hand side and follow the steps in the dialog.

Type your message in the text box and hit the blue send icon to send your first message and start the chat.

That's it! You're now ready to start a new chat and communicate with your clients effortlessly.
