Changing the Plan of a Subscription

- Find the subscription in the dashboard

- In the top right click "Change plan"

- Select the new plan and click "Save"

- The next invoice will reflect the updated change in price.
Updating Payment Methods
If your client would like to change the payment method associated with their subscription you can follow the steps below:

- Find the subscription in the dashboard

- In the top right click "Update payment method"
- 3
- Copy the generated link then send to your customer via the PetsApp chat. The client will then be walked through the process of filling in their new bank details
