Types of reminders

PetsApp can send reminders using a few different types of data from your PMS data. Our powerful configuration dashboard means you are able to create reminders before, after and on the due date of the reminder and customise the content to your users.

Transactional reminders

A reminder that uses the transaction date of a product sale. You are able to set up multiple schedules per sale. E.g. a yearly vaccination can be reminded 50 weeks, 1 year and 54 weeks after the product sale.

PMS Generated Reminders / Manual reminders

Reminders created by the PMS which PetsApp syncs with and sends rather than the PMS sending them. 

Appointment reminders

Does what is says on the tin! Using the appointment columns and personnel information you are able to send appointment reminders only for the appointments you want.

You can send appointment reminders before an upcoming appointment and after an appointment to include follow up information and check in on your patients after procedures.
