How often are payments taken?
PetsApp Wellness Plans are designed for your convenience, with payments automatically scheduled every 30 days. This ensures continuous care and support for your pet.
Can I change my payment date?
To change your payment date, please get in touch with your vet through the PetsApp App. They will be able to update the payment date from their PetsApp Dashboard.
How do I cancel my Wellness Plan?
To cancel your Wellness Plan, please initiate the process through the PetsApp App. Directly contact your vet using the app, and they will guide you through the cancellation process and manage your subscription details.
What happens if my payment fails?
In the event of a failed payment, our system follows a structured retry schedule to ensure minimal disruption to your service:
- The initial attempt occurs on your regular collection date.
- If this payment fails, we will retry 3 days later.
- A second failed attempt will lead to another retry after 5 days.
- If the payment still doesn't succeed, a final attempt is made after an additional 7 days.
