How to request and update payments
Requesting a payment
All payment requests happen within chats with your clients. To send a payment request find an open chat of theirs or start a new one via their profile then follow the steps below:

- Click on the currency symbol above the chat text input

- Select the amount from the list or enter a custom amount
- 3
- Click "Request payment"
Your client will be notified of the payment request and will be able to pay via the PetsApp App or PetsApp web.
Once the amount has been paid you will be notified via push notification.
Editing a payment request
Once a payment request has been created you will be able to edit the amount before it has been paid.
Simply click or tap on “Edit” to update the amount.
Cancelling a payment request
Once a payment request has been created you will be able to cancel the request if it no longer needs to be paid.
